Buffet catering: common questions
From what order value do you set up the buffet on site?
From EUR 1,000 net. Below that we deliver ready-arranged, or you collect from us, either from EUR 500 net.
What does a buffet cost per person?
It depends on the selection. Our fingerfood packages cost €27.82 to €48.15 per person and the Persian buffet menus €29.96 to €41.73, both including 7% VAT and from 30 guests; net that is €26 to €45 and €28 to €39. Delivery and service charges are added and stated in the offer.
What do we need to provide on site?
Buffet tables, power and somewhere to stand. We bring serving ware, risers, chafing dishes and serving utensils; hire of crockery, cutlery or furniture is not part of our offer.
How do warm dishes stay warm?
In chafing dishes that hold temperature for hours – so the buffet still looks good after two hours.
Do you set up outside Hamburg too?
Yes. We serve Hamburg and the surrounding area; delivery time and cost depend on distance and time of day and are stated in the offer.
