Good to know

Delivery, setup, conditions

Minimum: All Christmas menus are available from 40 guests. For smaller parties we compose something from our menu.
Delivery: Included in the menu price within Hamburg. Delivered in insulated transport containers and handed over on time. Pickup is also possible.
Buffet setup: On request we set up on site and arrange in our style: stands, wooden boards, chafing dishes, dish cards with allergen labelling. From an order value of €1,000, quoted as a fixed price.
Diets: Every menu can be made fully vegetarian, vegan components are arranged as their own section, variants without gluten-containing ingredients need seven days' notice. All meat is halal.
Prices: Net prices per person; VAT is shown on the offer. Deposit and cancellation follow our terms and conditions.

Often asked

Can we change a Christmas menu?

Yes – every menu is a proposal. Components can be swapped or added, fingerfood and warm buffet combined, quantities adjusted. You then receive an offer with the price for your composition.

From how many guests are the Christmas menus available?

From 40 guests. For smaller groups we are happy to compose something from our menu.

How early should we enquire?

We recommend three weeks. Thursdays and Fridays between 3 and 19 December tend to go first; we are glad to look at short-notice requests.

Is delivery included in the price?

Within Hamburg, yes. The food arrives in insulated transport containers; on request we set up the buffet on site, quoted separately as a fixed price.

Are there vegetarian and vegan Christmas menus?

Every menu can be made fully vegetarian, and vegan components are arranged as their own labelled section. All meat we use is halal.
