Persian catering for Hamburg and the surrounding area: our warm dishes and set menus can be combined individually or served as a complete buffet – fully vegetarian or vegan on request. Everything arrives warm, in chafing dishes, with set-up on site if you wish.

Rice is at the centre: white basmati (Challau) and brown basmati with caramelised carrots and raisins (Qabuli). Alongside it Djujeh Kabab, the saffron chicken, Kubideh lamb skewers, braised lamb, braised aubergine and spinach, salad and bread. Our three menus – Mazar, Herat and Kabul – build on one another.
The three Persian buffet menus cost €29.96 to €41.73 per person including 7% VAT (€28 to €39 net) and can be booked from 30 guests. We also put together individual warm dishes from the menu.
Yes. Warm dishes arrive in chafing dishes that hold temperature for hours. With the full buffet set up on site from EUR 1,000 net; for the set-up we need power and somewhere to stand, and you provide the buffet tables.
Yes. Any buffet can be made fully vegetarian or vegan on request, and for mixed groups we plan real quantities of the vegetarian dishes. Our meat is halal certified.
Yes, in Hamburg and the surrounding area; you can also collect from us. Pickup and delivery are available from EUR 500 net. Delivery time and cost are in the offer, which reaches you within 48 to 72 hours.
