What kind of catering does Caterlove offer?
We are a caterer from Hamburg and offer fingerfood, salads, bowls, warm Persian dishes, and selected desserts. In addition we prepare fruit and cheese platters and individual extras on request.
What does catering cost per person?
Our fingerfood packages cost €27.82 to €48.15 per person, the Persian buffet menus €29.96 to €41.73 and the 2026 Christmas menus from €25.68, all including 7% VAT; net that is €26 to €45, €28 to €39 and from €24. An example: 40 guests with the Hamburg fingerfood package cost €1,112.80 (€1,040 net), plus delivery and service charges stated in the offer.
What is the difference between catering and a party service?
The terms are often used interchangeably. A party service usually means delivering ready-arranged food, catering adds the set-up on site. We do both: pickup or delivery from EUR 500 net, with the full buffet set up from EUR 1,000 net.
Where do you deliver?
In Hamburg and the surrounding area, on time at the agreed hour; you can also collect from us. Delivery time and cost depend on distance and time of day and are stated in the offer.
Do you offer buffet catering or traditional service?
We specialise in pickup, delivery, and buffet setup. On the day of your event our team is on site for delivery and setup; service staff and live cooking are not part of our offer.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes. The minimum order value is EUR 500 net for pickup and EUR 500 net for delivery. Buffet setup by Caterlove is available from EUR 1,000 net.
How are prices calculated?
Prices are based on our menus and packages. The total is the price per person multiplied by the number of guests, plus delivery and service charges.
From how many people are the packages bookable?
Our fingerfood and Persian packages are bookable from 30 people. Individual add-ons can be added flexibly at any time.
How quickly will I get an offer?
We come back to you within 48 to 72 hours of your enquiry with an individual offer by email.
How does payment work?
Following written order confirmation a deposit of 50 percent is required, which reserves your date bindingly. The deposit is due at the latest 7 days before the date – with shorter notice the full amount is payable immediately. Payment is by bank transfer against invoice.
Are individual adjustments possible?
Yes. We are glad to advise on composing your catering and adapt the offer to your wishes and the occasion.
Is the meat halal?
Yes. We work exclusively with halal-certified meat.
Do you accommodate allergies or intolerances?
Allergies and intolerances can be accommodated on request. Allergens are labelled in accordance with LMIV on the basis of the ingredients used; despite the greatest care, cross-contamination cannot be entirely ruled out. For pronounced allergies please speak to us directly before ordering.
Can you cater vegetarian and vegan guests?
Yes. A large part of our wraps, bowls, salads, and warm dishes is vegetarian or vegan; we adapt the composition to your guest list.
What happens to leftover food?
Food that has not been eaten can of course be packed up and taken away by the customer.
What is included in the buffet setup?
An elegant arrangement with quality serving ware, risers, chafing dishes, and serving utensils. Dish labels are available on request. Buffet tables must be provided on site; hire of crockery, cutlery, or furniture is not included.
