How a catering works with us – from the first enquiry to the setup on site.
In five steps
Enquiry
You tell us the occasion, date, guest count, and the service you need.
Personal offer
We come back within 48–72 hours with a proposal tailored to you.
Confirmation
Once you accept, you receive an invoice for a 50% deposit. The booking is binding from receipt of payment.
Preparation
We cook fresh and plan purchasing, kitchen, and logistics around your date.
Delivery or setup
Pickup, delivery, or full buffet setup on site – as agreed.

Minimum order, delivery
EUR 500. Delivery slot and cost depend on distance and time of day and are itemised in the offer.
Buffet setup
Available from EUR 1,000. Transport and service are calculated separately depending on scale, setup, and staff required.
Deposit
50% on acceptance of the offer, by invoice. The contract applies from receipt of payment.
Payment
By bank transfer against invoice.
What you provide
Buffet tables must be available on site. Hire of crockery, cutlery, or furniture is not part of our offer. Drinks are available on request.
When the deposit is due
The deposit is due at the latest 7 days before the event. For orders with less than 7 days' notice the full invoice amount is payable immediately.
Security deposit
We charge a security deposit for platters, crockery, and props depending on scale. It is refunded in full provided everything is returned clean and undamaged.
Breakage
The customer is liable for accidental breakage; replacement of platters, crockery, or props is invoiced.
Not included
Service staff and live cooking are not part of our offer. We specialise in pickup, delivery, and buffet setup.
Additionally on request
Floral arrangements and collaboration with selected partner services are available on request, to round out your event as a whole.
Important notes
Allergen labelling (LMIV)
Allergens are labelled in accordance with the EU Food Information Regulation (LMIV) on the basis of the ingredients used. Despite the greatest possible care in preparation, cross-contamination cannot be entirely ruled out.
Additives
Individual components may contain additives, for example in cured meats, sauces, or dressings. A detailed list is available on request.
Raw and not fully cooked components
Individual dishes may contain raw or not fully cooked components, for example fish or egg. Consumption is at your own responsibility and is not recommended for pregnant people, small children, the elderly, or the immunocompromised.
Meat quality
We work exclusively with halal-certified meat.
Seasonal and change reservation
We reserve the right to make seasonal changes and production-related variations to individual components.
